Northeastern Illinois University’s Center for College
Access and Success has been awarded a grant by the Siemens Foundation. Partnered with MxD, an agency in manufacturing cybersecurity, we are focused on engaging families in a conversation about cybersecurity in their lives and increasing awareness of the need for more representation in the field.
Our primary objectives include increase awareness about:
(a) cybersecurity importance and
safe online practices,
(b) cybersecurity career pathways, and
(c) diversity within the field of cybersecurity.
